Dinan has been improving the performance of BMWs since 1979, the year when company founder and namesake Steve Dinan started the business. He fell in love with cars at a very young age, and he later put himself through engineering school by working as an automotive technician. When he went to work on BMWs in 1977, he fell in love all over again. And he's never looked back.
