After months of waiting, rumors, and even a scandal here and there, the revamped Top Gear will be premiering tonight on BBC2. Chris Evans, Matt LeBlanc, Sabine Schmitz, Chris Harris, Rory Reid, and Eddie Jordan are the new hosts, taking over from Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. Special guests tonight will be actor Jesse Eisenberg and celebrity chef (and known car nut) Gordon Ramsay. Despite being friends, Evans and Clarkson will soon be rivals in a way.

Clarkson and crew have a new show of their own on Amazon Prime, The Grand Tour, which will debut in the fall. What we're wondering is whether Jezza will also be tuning in tonight. Will Hamster and Captain Slow be watching as well?

If so, what will they be thinking? Clarkson is a known workaholic, having put many hours in to the production of each episode of TG. Evans, on the other hand, works around four hours per day on set because of a commitment to his morning radio show, The Big Breakfast. According to The Telegraph, Evans is promising a Top Gear void of the "naughty schoolboy" slurs of his predecessor. The show will also become "less blokey" and more "inclusive" with him at the helm. Will diehards of the old Top Gear be won over tonight (or ever)? We'll find out tonight. Stay tuned.
