This September, some lucky punter will drive away in a brand-new $110,000 BMW M4 Coupe modified by Dinan Engineering, and it would have cost them just $25. How is this possible? Two words: raffle tickets. BMW Car Club of America will raffle the M4 Dinan Club Edition during the 46th Annual Oktoberfest, with tickets priced at $25 a pop and limited to 5,000. Other prizes include a BMW M3 and M235i if you're too late for the Grand Prize.

$20,000 worth of upgrades have been made to the hi-po Coupe, which now delivers 530 hp and 504 lb-ft of torque from its 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder unit. Other mods include a high-performance adjustable suspension, a black carbon-fiber roof, carbon-fiber front splitter and rear deck spoiler, a free-flow stainless-steel exhaust, blacked-out kidney grille, M carbon-ceramic brakes, a set of 20-inch Forgeline GA1 lightweight alloys, and a black Merino leather interior. The raffle sale will end on September 10, with the winners announced during the festival that runs from September 21-27 in New Jersey.
