With its muscular styling and a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 sending a colossal 717 horsepower and 656 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels, the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is the very definition of excess. Aftermarket tuners like Hennessey can even crank up the output to over 1,000 horsepower. But sometimes you can take things too far.

In one of the most outrageous Challenger Hellcat builds we've ever seen, this custom muscle car rides on ridiculous 34-inch wheels mounted by Underground Rim King that ruin the car's proportions and performance. No, we're not sure why the owner thought this would be a good idea either.

In the past, we've seen the Challenger Hellcat be transformed into a convertible and even serve as Santa's sleigh, but we've never seen one quite like this - and no, that isn't a compliment.

Normally, the Challenger Hellcat will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds, but the driver struggles to put the power down on the oversized wheels and drives around the street at a snail's pace. Good luck setting fast quarter-mile times in this. Surprisingly, this isn't the only eye-catching modification. The muscle car's exterior has been repainted in Kandy Red paint and even the front and hood grille gets the red treatment, while the massive monster wheels are finished in red and silver.

Inside, the red theme continues as everything from the seats, dashboard, and door panels, to the steering wheel and the headliner is coated in bright red to match the exterior. At night, the headliner displays a night-time design theme with stars and constellations.

You would normally expect to find this luxury in a Rolls-Royce, so it's a novelty to find it inside a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. This custom Challenger Hellcat is going to be controversial, but if the goal was to stand out from the crowd and attract attention, then the owner has achieved this in spades.
