Domanig Autodesign has created quite the convertible. The Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG has been touched up by the Grossostheim-based tuning firm with some new wheels, suspension and additional power. The Mercedes specialists have boosted the SLK55 AMG's power numbers up by a significant 50hp, thanks to the use of an upgraded ECU and new headers and catalysts on the 5.5-liter V8 engine. Total power is a claimed 470hp which is good for a top speed of 186mph.

That's almost 30mph faster than the stock SLK55 AMG. The Domanig Autodesign Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG sits on a set of 20-inch blacked-out DOMO3 Special Edition wheels wrapped in Dunlop Sport Maxx rubbers. To further enhance the German convertible's ride, the tuners have added a KW Variant 3 suspension system. No pricing information has been released yet for Domanig Autodesign's impressive tune for the Mercedes-SLK55 AMG. An optional carbon fiber interior package is available as well for an additional cost.
