This week's edition of Drag Race Tuesdays features a pair of tuned sports cars competing head-to-head on the strip at Palm Beach International Raceway in Jupiter, Florida. The Street Car Drags event featured models from around the world and we are bringing you the pick of the bunch in a tight contest that goes down to the wire. Representing Japan comes an import in the form of a tuned 2001 Toyota Supra and it takes on a tuned Porsche 911 Turbo GT2.

The turbocharged right-hand-drive configured Supra is wearing a set of ADV.1 wheels and boasts 700rwhp. The Supra faces competition in the form of a 2003 Porsche 996-era twin-turbocharged 911 GT2. It features an engine tune, new exhaust and air box. According to the team at roadtesttv, the 911 puts out a robust 500hp and is running on street tires. So by now the CarBuzz audience is (predictably) having a conniption fit over a 700hp Toyota Supra with drag wheels taking on a 500hp Porsche 911 GT2. Relax readers, as the Porsche is a newer model and it gets an almost two-second head start vs. the intimidating Supra.

Can the Supra make up the difference or does the Porsche 911 make full use of its quick jump off the line? Check out the action below on this week's edition of Drag Race Tuesdays.
