Today's race pits a UTV vs. a racecar out in the country.
This week we have something a little different for you for Drag Race Tuesdays. This matchup pits a classic Ferrari 250 GTO homologated racecar vs. a Polaris Ranger RZR XP 900 UTV. You might think this race would be a blowout, however the result will shock even the most die-hard Ferrari fanboy (or girl). The Ferrari 250 GTO was built in 1962-1963 and featured a naturally-aspirated 3.0-liter V12 engine that could put out 302hp and 246lb-ft or torque.
The racecar gains a big advantage in this race, as it starts on the pavement vs. the Polaris Ranger RZR XP 900 that starts on grass. The Ranger features an 88hp 900 Twin Electronic Fuel Injected 875cc 2-cylinder engine. The Ranger does have a distinct advantage in power-to-weight ratio, however. So, who ya got: The Italian racecar or the American off- roader?
