We get it, NASCAR is technically a motorsport, but it's one of the few that doesn't get too much love from gearheads. In the age of downsizing there is some appeal to the raw power of an engine with a carburetor and making do with primitive aerodynamics. But still, the sport would benefit from adding a few more turns to the track instead of consisting of nothing more than a giant left turn (usually). Thing is, there is another automotive sport out there where the drivers like big turns as much as any NASCAR racer.

Not only that, but it's a more exciting sport that's been mixed with NASCAR before. Watch as professional drifter Ryan Tuerck shows us one of the ways that NASCAR could use its tracks to become more entertaining.
