Essen Motor Show Hosts Indoor Drift Event, Complete With Weird Nissan Sylvia

Drifting

If you hold a drift exhibition and there's no Silvia, does it still count?

We would like to start off by saying that the Toyota GT86 in the following video looks right at home here, plastered with decals and going sideways; that’s the kind of thing that Toyota had in mind for it. Equally at home were the Nissan Sylvias (obviously) and the BMW E30 3-Series. Although one of the Sylvias, which accompanied the BMW in getting sideways, appeared to have been converted to some kind of pickup-type vehicle.

We don’t know why this might have happened, but we hope to be the first to use this particular verb when we say it was “El Caminoed”.
