British muscle car fans rejoice! The Euro-spec Camaro Coupe & Convertible models have finally made their way to Chevrolet showrooms. Don't get too excited however, as while the Camaro has been fully homologated for Europe, Chevy is not offering right-hand-drive models to UK buyers. Both the Coupe and Convertible are offered with the 6.2-liter V8 and the choice of 6-speed manual or automatic transmission, with on OTR price for the hardtop starting at £35,025 and the open-top at £40,025.

An optional 45th Anniversary package comes in at an additional £1,500. Camaro models equipped with the manual 'box feature an LS3 6.2-liter V8 rated at 426hp and 415lb-ft of torque; and can sprint from 0-62mph in 5.4 seconds for the coupe and 5.6 seconds for the convertible. Power is sent to the tarmac via 20-inch alloys wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero tires. The Euro-spec model can be differentiated from its North American counterpart in a few subtle ways. First, it sports bespoke LED tail lamps shaped like sunglasses, it comes with larger folding exterior mirrors, and a different font has been used for the instrument panel gauges.

All models sold in Europe will have leather interior, specific suspension tuning on the convertible models for European roads, specific metric speedometer, and a large front license plate bracket.
