According to the channel description Wong is a multimillionaire app developer and exotic car collector. The Huayra is supposedly a birthday gift, and it certainly looks like the person holding the camera owns the supercar, whether it's really Wong or someone else.

You can't just grip it and rip it with the Huayra. As the video indicates, it takes about a minute to get everything going. That being said, it is damn cool watching the instrument panel and dashboard come to life.
