People just won't stop buying Subarus. The Japanese automaker has just announced that it has beaten its previous sales record of 513,693 units moved. That record was set just last year, and keep in mind that there's still one month of 2015 left. Of course Subaru was able to capitalize on the crossover and SUV craze, with the Forester, Outback and Crosstrek accounting for 350,000 sales in total. The automaker also noted how its Legacy, Impreza and WRX/STI have also seen sales increases as well.

Subaru seems ready to up those non-SUV sales numbers, with two concepts shown at two different auto shows in the past month. The literally named Impreza 5-Door concept shown at the Tokyo Motor Show is a preview of the automaker's next spacious hatchback, and the new Impreza sedan was shown in concept form at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Subaru is also hard at work on a new BRZ sports car and continues pumping out special editions of the always awesome WRX STI. While SUVs and crossovers may bring home the bacon they aren't really much to gawk at. So we've decided to share pictures of various STI models and concepts to celebrate Subaru's new sales record.
