BMW is bringing their 2013 X1 to the States this fall and last night they released all the information you will ever need to know about the new model making its way to the U.S. market. The 2013 BMW X1 made its official debut at the 2012 New York International Auto Show and carries with it a facelift. The sub-compact SUV has been designed for extra sportiness, with a revised hood, powerful stance, inserts on the front and rear fascias, side skirt covers, circular foglamps underneath the headlights and LED daytime running lights.

Typical of BMW is the added luxury on the interior, setting the new X1 apart from its predecessor. The cockpit includes a driver-focused center console with a 'high grade surface quality,' chrome accents and a satnav system. In terms of power, the BMW X1 will come to the states with five different options. They are the 143hp and 236 lb-ft of torque xDrive18d and sDrive18d, the 163hp and 280 lb-ft of torque sDrive20d EfficientDynamics, the 184hp and 280 lb-ft of torque sDrive20d and xDrive20d and finally, the top-of-the-line 218hp and 332 lb-ft xDrive25d. The latter is available in the U.S. only.

The 2013 BMW X1 starts pricing for the sDrive18d at $31,545 while the top-end xDrive25d prices at $39,345. The new Bimmer goes on sale this July.
