Supercar

Sometimes all you need is a proper set of tires.

In all honesty, it’d be a tough choice to pick just one to take home. If only life were to offer us that option. The McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder are two of the fastest, most technologically advanced hypercars ever produced. Their price tags are as high as are their outputs. The P1 has a combined 903 horsepower while the 918 Spyder churns out a total of 887 hp. Neither is exactly a lightweight and both are absolute track animals, surpassing the Ferrari 458 Speciale’s track time, according to Evo’s test numbers.

But which of these two is the fastest? Which is the better all-around car to drive off and on the track? And is it possible that the right set of tires can make all the difference? Check out this thrillingly entertaining comparison video to find out.
