Sometimes, when the plans you make go wrong, you end up with something better. This seems to be the story of Evo's review of the Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta, a review which was originally supposed to be nothing but creaming V8 noises and twisting Italian roads. But when it turned out to be pouring rain that day, it became the sort of review you almost never see, one which shows how a supercar handles the wet.

As it happens, the 458 Speciale Aperta handles the wet amazingly well, and Ferrari's traction control systems are something of a technological marvel.
