Ex-Playboy Model Accidentally Drives Lamborghini Into Pool

Crash / 21 Comments

Apparently her high heels missed the brake pedal.

Money is a very curious fixture of our lives because whether someone has too little or too much of it, they can still enjoy life or feel utterly crushed by it. Former Playboy model Soraja Vucelic, however, has proven herself to be the kind of person who has both money and a positive outlook on life. What she doesn't have, though, is a good sense of what shoes she should wear when she's out driving her Lamborghini Huracan Spyder.

We know this because Vucelic recently crashed her Lambo in a dramatic way. According to The Sun, the 32-year-old supermodel, who used to date Brazilian soccer superstar Neymar, was wearing a pair of high heels while moving her Italian supercar when her foot missed the brake, causing her to drive the $200,000 supercar into a swimming pool.

That swimming pool happened to be in Cannes on the French Riviera, a resort town frequented by the rich and famous and no stranger to cars like the Huracan Spyder. Vucelic took to Instagram to post a video of a crew recovering the Huracan Spyder from the pool, with a caption that read, "When your high heel slips from the brake and the Lambo ends up in the pool."

Her sense of humor indicates that she's either a very happy and carefree individual, has an incredible insurance policy, or has more than enough cash to stop by a Lamborghini dealership and buy another without issue.

That may be because Vucelic is now reported to be dating the son of a Russian oligarch, which would mean she has access to the sums of money needed to simply not care about destroying an exotic supercar loaded with a 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10. Our hearts go out to the wrecked Lamborghini, and we sincerely hope it can be repaired.

All we can tell Vucelic is that she really needs to find another pair of shoes to drive exotic cars with.
