There's a seemingly never-ending debate about whether a tuner or a factory stock car is the better daily driver. Tuning a car, according to Matt Farah, can unlock its full potential from what the engineers originally had in mind. Then again, does adding horsepower and other enhancements really improve the overall driving experience? Not necessarily.
