Guess who wins?
In a unique head-to-head race, Chicago native Nico Deportago-Cabrera, described by Red Bull as one of the fastest bike messengers in the world, comes up against a local cab driver to see who can get across the city the fastest. The starting point is the Willis Tower, and the final destination Wrigleyville neighborhood. The cab has to traverse 7.2 miles of road, while the cyclist has to cover 5.6 miles. Both estimate it will take around 15 minutes, so you know from the start this is going to be a close contest.
Both also have supreme knowledge of the Windy City’s streets. So, who's your money on? Place your bets.
