A beautiful Ferrari 458 Italia has been involved in an ugly incident in Birmingham, Alabama, with the Italian exotic ending up in two distinct pieces after a high-speed crash. A transport company employee was giving the Prancing Horse the Ferris Bueller treatment before loading her up for delivery and ended up slamming into a post after pushing the Ferrari to 140 mph. As you can see, the car's 4.5-liter V8 and rear end was completely separated from the cabin and front end. The driver and passenger suffered extensive injuries, not thought to be life threatening. Hat tip to Michael Pougnet!
