Ferrari 458 Italia Splits in Two

Crash

High speed crash sees the Italian exotic give new meaning to the term 50-50 split.

A beautiful Ferrari 458 Italia has been involved in an ugly incident in Birmingham, Alabama, with the Italian exotic ending up in two distinct pieces after a high-speed crash. A transport company employee was giving the Prancing Horse the Ferris Bueller treatment before loading her up for delivery and ended up slamming into a post after pushing the Ferrari to 140 mph. As you can see, the car’s 4.5-liter V8 and rear end was completely separated from the cabin and front end. The driver and passenger suffered extensive injuries, not thought to be life threatening.
