Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Ripped in Half in Russia

Crash

Ferrari ripped in half upon collision with metal pole in Moscow.

The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti runs on a 5.7-liter V12 that will absolutely punish you if you don't know what you are doing behind the wheel. As a driver in Moscow recently found out, that punishment can be doled out in two halves.

The Russian driver had three passengers with him in the 532hp Ferrari when he veered off the road and struck the metal pole. Even though the 612 Scaglietti ripped in half, the driver and passengers were incredibly lucky toescape without serious injury. The crash took place last Saturday on July 7th, and even though the driver needed to be hospitalized, he can count himself fortunate that he wasn't one of the parts of the car that were thrown far from the wreck of the Italian supercar.
