In honor of Ferrari turning 60 in North America, the company is building 10 limited edition examples of the Ferrari F60America. Based on the F12 Berlinetta, it will also be powered by a 6.3-liter V12 producing 720 hp and sending 10 very lucky Americans from 0-62 mph in 3.1 seconds. The F60 has a personality all its own which is characterized by an innovative diapasen design theme. The front of the car features the classic Ferrari single front grille with chrome finish and integrated air intakes for the brakes.

Carbon-fibre trimmed flying buttresses stretch from behind the cabin, extending to the rear. The ultra-exclusive roadster can be closed with a light fabric top which can be used at speeds up to 70 mph. Inside the cabin, the driver's side is covered in a sporty red trim, while the passenger's side is black, paying homage to the historic Ferrari competition cars. The seats feature an American flag motif in the center and backrests. The F60 is painted in the classic Ferrari North American racing team livery and will feature the Ferrari 60th Anniversary Prancing Horse badge on the wheelarches and on the transmission tunnel inside the cabin.

Production will be limited to only 10 examples in honor of the 1967 275 GTS4 NART Spider, the car that Ferrari importer Luigi Chinetti, requested from Enzo Ferrari for his US clients and only 10 examples were produced. The car was recently revealed at a private showing in California and comes bearing a $2.5 million dollar price tag. The examples did not last long on the market however, as according to Ferrari all ten models are "spoken for."
