The one-off Ferrari F12 SP America, based on the F12 Berlinetta and built especially for Danny Wegman, CEO of Wegmans, was recently spotted in a Wegmans (how appropriate) parking lot in upstate New York. Built by order by the Ferrari Special Projects Division, the car is rumored to have cost somewhere in the vicinity of $4 million dollars. Although it is based on the F12, the SP America has a unique body that pays tribute to the legendary 250 GTO.

Spotted by Flickr user SHIFT-Photography, this Ferrari features the same engine as the F12 Berlinetta – Ferrari's naturally aspirated, 6.3-liter V12 that produces 740 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to sprint from 0-62 mph in 3.1 seconds.
