Nothing says 'litmus test' for supercars better than a mile-long drag race. The Ferrari FF is the Italian brand's first four-wheel-drive production model and it takes on the rear-wheel-drive configured 599 GTO. The battle of V12s is a close one and runs right until the end. It's a bit slippery on the strip, so it would appear that the four-wheel-drive FF has a bit of an advantage off the line in terms of gripping the airstrip turned drag strip.

Don't count the 599 GTO out though, as the aerodynamically-designed Prancing Horse is one powerful pony.

The Ferrari 599 GTO features a 6.0-liter V12 rated at 670hp. It can sprint from 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 205mph. The Ferrari FF utilizes a 6.3-liter V12 engine with an output of 650hp to reach 60mph from rest about 0.3 seconds slower than its drag strip rival, clocking in at 3.7 seconds. It makes up for that difference with a top speed of 208mph.
