It was a bit late to set the parking brake.
There are really two stories going on in the following video. The first is that of the firefighters attempting to put out a burning Mercedes and in turn accidentally making it into what could have been a much bigger problem. The other is that the people watching didn't really have much of a reaction, just a couple of little chuckles and moving to get a better view. It almost seems like this is a regular thing for them to see, which we hope for their sake it isn't.
