Ford builds some seriously hot cars: from the hardcore F-150 Raptor, all the way through to the upcoming Mustang Mach-E, the Blue Oval knows how to build exciting cars, and race them too. Last year Ford unveiled its absolutely bonkers Mustang Mach-E 1400 race car; an all-electric track weapon packing 1,400 horsepower from its seven electric drive units, 2,300 pounds of downforce, and an 800-volt, 56.8-kWh battery pack. This fiery machine has since been put through its paces by legendary drifter Ken Block, and In order to give the ordinary man on the street a taste of what it's like to drive this scorching machine, Ford has teamed up with the Hot Ones crew to create a hot sauce that mimics the searing performance of the Mach-E 1400 on unsuspecting taste buds.

Hot ones presenter Sean Evans and Vaughn Gitting Jr, a two-time Formula Drift Champion and co-creator of the Mustang Mach-E 1400 put their brains and tongues together to come up with the perfect hot sauce to represent the wild antics of this all-electric beast. To find inspiration for the new hot sauce, the duo set out on a quick, but smokey run in the Mach-E 1400.

In the video, Evans and Gitting Jr. are seen sliding around in the Mach-E 1400 and are also spotted in the Hot ones studio sampling the new sauce.

Utterances of "it keeps coming in waves", and "it's sooo hot" can be overheard. At one point Evans is seen gulping down a glass of milk: that's when you know it's seriously hot. Unfortunately, there's some bad news at the end of the clip: as with the Mach-E 1400, consumers won't be able to purchase the hot sauce (at least not for now).

At the end of the video Ford claims that the sauce is " deemed too hot for consumption/sale". Try me.
