If you're going to build a one-off Raptor for a client, then you might as well go all the way by adding performance upgrades and a killer new sound system.
Ford's F-150 Raptor is unquestionably the coolest off-road pickup truck on the market today. It's also been the focus of many aftermarket tuning efforts that have been able to further push the insanity factor which the testosterone-induced truck bestows. This has been done previously through either enhanced performance or, in the case of Galpin Auto Sports, a full dosage of improved electronics, power upgrades, and suspension work.
This one-off SVT Raptor was built specifically for Milwaukee-based brewers Pabst Blue Ribbon. Beginning with the exterior, the tuner focused on the truck's aggressive nature by adding a new custom black grille, remote-control tonneau cover and a set of 18-inch matte black wheels with green accents to match the bodywork and wrapped in 35-inch tires. Also included is a suspension lowering kit. The interior also received some attention via two-tone green stitched suede seats, custom-wrapped suede headliner and pillars, a contrast-stitched steering wheel and even painted door panel inserts, console and dash.
But to give this special Raptor even more presence is a new audio system that'll certainly annoy those who hate loud trucks to begin with. To round out the package, Galpin upgraded the 6.2-liter V8 to a total of 600 horsepower, up from 411, thanks to a Roush Supercharger and a performance exhaust system. Just what any of this has to do with Pabst is beyond us, but that doesn't negate this truck's undeniable awesome factor.
