'Forza Horizon 3's' First DLC Is Sponsored By... Matt Farah?

Video Game

The new Smoking Tire car pack is a nice addition to the game.

Forza Horizon 3 already has a packed roster of vehicles that you can use to blast around in Australia. Although, much like other games in the Forza series, Horizon 3 will get downloadable content (DLC) that adds new cars. If you have already bought the season pass, this pack will be included or it can be purchased separately for $7. The first pack has just been unveiled and features seven new cars for you to use. The pack is called "The Smoking Tire" car pack, named after Matt Farah's Youtube channel. Farah must really be moving up in the world.

We love to see Farah represented in a car pack, and the vehicles in the pack are pretty cool as well. There is the Aston Martin Vulcan, Lotus 340R, Pagani Huayra BC, Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, GTA Spano, BMW M2, and Jeep CJ5 Renegade.

We understand some of the car choices, but a few left us wondering what they had to do with Matt Farah and the Smoking Tire. Farah does own an Aston Martin and a Police Ford Mustang, so the Vulcan and Crown Victoria make sense. The M2 and the CJ5 Renegade also make a bit of sense because they both seem like the type of cars Farah would own. The Pagani, Lotus, and GTA just seem like random choices, but we guess that the car packs can't be all focused around one area. We wish that some of these cars, like the M2, would have just been included in the game (the M235i was included), but we do like the Horizon 3 is getting some more up-to-date cars.
