Four McLaren 650S Spiders Come Together in Germany

Delivery rush gives this dealer an awesome photo-op.

Soon after its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the McLaren 650S, which replaced the 12C after its launch, entered production and is now being delivered to customers across the world. One dealership in Munich, Germany, was lucky enough to take stock of four examples of the stunning Spider model around the same time. Taking advantage of this MCL reunion, McLaren Munich organized a shared photoshoot for the four cars.

The cars in this shoot are all powered by McLaren’s 3.8-liter twin turbocharged V8, the same engine used in the outgoing 12C. In the 650S, however, the engine has been tuned to churn out 642 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. All four examples seen here were ordered in Spider configuration, which promises to provide basically identical performance to that of the coupe.
