G-Power Unveils Maiden AMG Upgrade: Boosts S63 Coupe to 705 HP

Might as well start at the top.

Best known for working on BMWs, G-Power has decided it’s time to turn to models forged in Affalterbach, and for its maiden venture has opted to take on the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe. The German tuner has created a power upgrade that sees the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 boosted from 585 hp and 663 lb-ft of torque to 705 hp and 737 lb-ft. The result is a new 0-62 mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed beyond 205 mph. G-Power has also knocked up a new set of alloys: 21-inch ultra-lightweight double-spoke Hurricane RR forged wheels.
