GeigerCars Unveils Shelby GT640 Golden Snake

Tuning

GeigerCars has just released details of their newly tuned Ford Mustang Shelby GT640 package. Called the Golden Snake, it features a matte gold exterior with a carbon fiber hood, a front lip spoiler, and extended side skirts. On top of this, the tuning company also installed an adjustable H&R sports suspension along with 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.

The 5.4-liter V8 has been further equipped with a supercharger, a revised ECU, and a stainless steel sport exhaust system. All told, the engine now produces 631 hp and 582 lb-ft of torque, allowing the Golden Snake to go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph. The tuner says that all of these components can be purchased individually, but they're selling the demo model that's pictured here for $125,475.
