Luxury automakers are working harder than ever to provide premium services to their customers who pay top dollar for their vehicles. And now Genesis has entered the fray with its Genesis Concierge, a new "white glove" program that officially begins this week. The program offers customers a full list of personalized services, ranging from the buying process and at-home test drives to the delivery location of the customer's choice. It's actually quite easy to initiate the process, starting with the customer providing their name and contact information via the new website. A personal shopper will soon be in touch by phone, email, or text - whatever the customer prefers.

This individual will be the client's private guide through the buying process, providing answers for everything regarding the models, trims, packages, and post-purchase care like warranty info and other complementary services.

While all of this happening, your local Genesis dealership remains a key element, but customers don't have any direct contact with them. That task is done directly by the personal shopper who will consult the dealer in regards to inventory and, ultimately, final delivery. "A true luxury experience should exceed a customer's unique desires and expectations," said Mark Del Rosso, President and CEO of Genesis.

"Genesis Concierge is a tailored service that delivers a new level of personalized luxury, because we are committed to delivering an experience that satisfies our customers on their terms, not ours. As with our popular Service Valet owner amenity, utilized by 90 percent of Genesis owners, Genesis Concierge shows we have great respect for our customers' ultimate luxury - their time."

Essentially, Genesis customers do not even need to leave the comfort of their own homes to shop for a new Genesis G70, G80, or the all-new Genesis GV80 SUV.

This all happens to work especially well in the current social distancing era, but we suspect it'll also be very popular once things get back to normal. Other major luxury auto brands also provide customers with personalized services, but Genesis wants to take things to the next level.
