We've known about this for some time, and we can finally see it free of spy camouflage at this year's Geneva Motor Show. Already a big year for other wagons such as the Saab 9-5 Sportcombi and the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, Hyundai has big hopes for their new estate wagon. Based off the extremely popular and successful Sonata sedan, the wagon inherits those "fluidic sculpture" lines that have helped to redefine Hyundai.

In Europe, the car will officially be called the i40, as a decision has yet to be made whether or not to bring it to the U.S. It differs from the Sonata with a toned-down front end and a smaller grille and headlights. Overall, Hyundai is looking at another big seller as Europeans will surely appreciate the car's practicality. It was developed in Germany in order for designers and engineers to focus specifically on the European market. Pricing hasn't been announced, but expect for it to be Hyundai friendly when it goes on sale in the coming months.
