The German start-up Artega has recently unveiled its new Sports Electric to the public at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. This greener version of the SE will feature two zero-emission electric motors in place of the mid-engine gasoline V6 it used to have. The two engines combined can produce an output of 380-horsepower and can operate independently for better traction. The overall weight of the SE comes in at just 3,086 lbs.

The SE is equipped with a special feature toggle switch on the steering wheel that will enable the driver to adjust the recuperation rate of the regenerative brakes when the driver removes their foot from the pedal. The SE can go from 0 to 62 mph in 4.3 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph. We will see the vehicle come to Europe in late summer, with production versions set to make its official world debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show this September.
