Stuffing your kids into the trunk of a Corvette and then going for a joyride is not a good idea. But that's allegedly what 29-year-old Jessica Reger did. Hanover, Pennsylvania, cops got a call on July 10 from someone who claimed to see a person put two small children in the trunk of a red Corvette. Cops pulled the car over and found mom in the passenger seat and two children, ages three and five, in the trunk. Reger was arrested on the spot, as was the 28-year-old driver, Ilena Blackburn.

Reger is now facing three counts: two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of children and one charge for recklessly endangering another person. Blackburn, the driver, was also charged with recklessly endangering another person. We have to say that Reger looks pretty happy in her mugshot. Perhaps she sees the glass as half full despite the three charges she's facing and the fact that she's still in jail? Perhaps the biggest mystery surrounding this story-aside from why a grown woman would drive around with her kids in the trunk of a car-is what type of Corvette the women were driving. The new C7 Stingray coupe doesn't offer awful trunk space after all...
