How do you make a Lamborghini stand out even more? That's right, you cover it in gold. Little surprise, then that Prestige Imports CEO Brett David brought in the crew at Nue Vue Photography for a little photo/video shoot of his glided Lambo. David's real gold-wrapped Lamborghini Aventador made waves last month, as the Miami-based dealer unveiled it to the world in a highly publicized ceremony. Dubbed the AU 79, it stands out from the crowd for its appearance and the $379,700 it costs over stock to give it the Midas touch.

Nue Vue's coverage of the Aventador AU 79 included taking film of it arriving and leaving the studio as well as plenty of pictures in between. As good as the flagship Italian supercar looked entering the warehouse, it looks as despondent leaving it as he was pulled over by local police after a few fly-bys.

According to the photographers (who were filming from a Hyundai Tiburon), "The Police were Great! they let him go. Oh yea.. they Loved the car too :)" You gotta love those expressive emoticons. Check out the gold-coated Aventador in the video clips and photos below.
