Gran Turismo 7 is adding five new vehicles to the game as part of its December update. The list includes the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm, the 2016 Bugatti Chiron, the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray, the 1995 Toyota Celica GT-FOUR Rally Car (ST205,) and last but not least, the recently revealed Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo Concept.

The update is free to download beginning on December 15th, and though it doesn't include any new tracks, it does include a new set of Scapes featuring Norway. There is a bit of a catch though, as the star of the show, the Ferrari Concept, will only be available for free on December 15th to players that correctly answered the Day 4 question of the World Finals "Viewers Gift" campaign. All others will have to wait till the 23rd when they can purchase the vehicle at Brand Central.

The Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo Concept is the addition everyone has been talking about, as it's the brand's first single-seater concept car made specifically for the world of motorsport. It's powered by the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 from the 296 GTB paired with three electric motors, which makes it good for 1,337 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle was reportedly inspired by Ferrari prototypes of the 60s and 70s and also "represents a futuristic design manifesto for Ferrari's road and racing cars," according to Ferrari.

For those who don't know, Vision Gran Turismo was created as a project to celebrate the game's 15th anniversary in Gran Turismo 6. It started when the GT founder Kazunori Yamauchi asked, "Would you design your rendition of the ideal GT for us?" It has since turned into a long-term project that has spanned across games and brought us concepts like the Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo and the Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo SV.

As far as the other vehicles go, they're some stellar additions as well. One of our favorites is definitely Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm though. Based on the Guilia Quadrifoglio, the company increased the output of the twin-turbo V6 up to 532 hp and used lightweight material throughout to decrease the weight by about 220 pounds. The best part is it's so hardcore, the company turned the four-door car into only a two-seater, removing the rear seat to make space to store helmets and a fire extinguisher.

The whole lineup is going to be a hit, and this is after the great additions in November too. So if you're interested download the free update ASAP and take them for a spin as an early Christmas present to yourself.
