Not everyone has what it takes to drive at the top levels of motorsport. The calamitous Indian pair from yesterday is a case in point, whose riotous actions are the polar opposite of GT3 driver Mike Simpson. Upon being hit by a rogue door at 140 mph while racing in the Avon Tyres British GT at Brands Hatch, the man did little more than put down his visor. The Ginetta works driver was chasing third place at the time his windscreen took the brunt of the high-speed impact.

Not only did he manage to finish the lap, but was overtaking other drivers while doing so. He then entered the pits where he was forced to retire due to the destroyed windscreen and radiator. Only when stationary does his anger at the unavoidable accident come to the surface.
