Guess Which Car Brand Satisfied the Most Customers?

Forget Ferrari. Forget Jaguar, BMW, Lexus and just about every other major performance and luxury brand. These aren’t the brands that rated the highest in consulting firm AutoPacific’s 18th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. No, after the customer data was analyzed, it was Lincoln that earned the best score as the most satisfying premium brand among customers. Only a year ago, Lincoln placed sixth in the survey.

According to George Peterson, president of AutoPacific, “Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes.” Despite Lincoln’s rapid rise over the past year, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class still came out on top as the highest rated model. In fact, the all-new 2014 S-Class achieved the highest overall score ever. But still, it’s quite an achievement for Ford’s struggling premium division, and with the launch of the new MKC crossover, there’s the possibility that Lincoln may have finally scored a solid winner.
