Hadoken! Chrysler 300 Ruyi Concept Arrives in China

A Chrysler 300C-based concept has arrived at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show.

Chrysler showed up to the 2012 Beijing Motor Show with a concept model based on the 300C sedan. The 300 Ruyi Design Concept features new styling and some luminescent lighting on the interior for a cool new take on the popular American model. Ruyi is a symbol of prosperity in China, and we all know how much the Chinese love their symbols (just type "Year of the Dragon" in our 'search' function).

The big Chinese-market sedan features a Maximum Steel finish complemented by dark chrome accents on the door handles and grille, while a polished finished gives the front-end a unique look. Tinted windows and a set of big 22-inch alloy wheels further set the 300 Ruyi apart from its American cousin. The 300 Ruyi Concept features a leather interior with suede inserts. Machined metal accents adorn the center console, Street Fighter Ken/Ryu-inspired (not confirmed) luminescent blue lighting shines through the gauges and display screen and black chrome is found throughout the concept.

Motivation comes in the form of a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 matched to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The Chrysler 300 Ruyi Concept is currently on display at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show.
