Hamilton Drives to the Wrong Home

Formula 1

Old habits die hard as Lewis Hamilton drives his Mercedes F1 car straight into the McLaren pit box.

Lewis Hamilton shook things up this year when he switching from McLaren to Mercedes. He did, after all, make his F1 debut with McLaren, driving for the British team for six years and winning his world title there. But even though he’s driving a Mercedes this season, old habits apparently die hard. While qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix this weekend, Lewis drove his Silver Arrow straight into the wrong pit box, much to the surprise of his former team-mates on the McLaren team.

Funnier still is the reaction of his ever-gorgeous girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls fame. The Hawaiian pop star can be seen in the Mercedes garage watching the action on her smartphone, clearly mouthing the words "that’s so funny" as her boyfriend goes home to the wrong team.
