The price you pay for lower C02 emissions.
Times are definitely changing. No, it's more like those pesky fuel emissions standards are becoming even peskier by the year. Regardless, stricter fuel economy requirements are a reality and even the most high-performance minded automakers must comply. That wonderful engine is now gone, replaced by a new twin-turbo V6 that spits out even greater horsepower and torque.
And, of course, that V6 delivers better fuel economy. It all looks good on paper, but does replacing that wonderful V8 take something away from the big Porsche? Has the car lost a key character trait? Motor Trend gets behind the wheel to investigate.
