With the arrival of the all-new 2024 Corvette E-Ray, Chevrolet's halo sports car lineup has grown to accommodate an electrified, all-wheel drive variant: the first of its kind in the history of the nameplate.

Not wanting to wait, Chevrolet has already released a visualizer for the newcomer, allowing potential customers and Corvette fans to specify their ideal E-Ray. Without further ado, let's get cracking. First, you'll have to choose between the coupe or the convertible, then it's on to colors.

The bowtie brand offers 14 shades of paint to choose from, many of which we've seen on the existing Corvette Stingray and the range-topping Z06. As is the case with the aforementioned models, we anticipate colors like Rapid Blue and Accelerate Yellow Metallic will be available as a $500 option.

We cannot specify options pricing for the E-Ray at the moment, as the visualizer does not provide this information. Other hues include Hypersonic Gray, Torch Red (the most popular Corvette color in 2022), Amplify Orange Tint, and Riptide Blue Metallic.

To set the E-Ray apart, Chevy offers it in an attractive shade called Cacti. This light green shade is rather unusual but works rather well with the Corvette's dramatic styling. If it looks familiar, that's because it was previewed on the 2024 Trax.

The E-Ray coupe is available with three roof designs. You could opt for a body color finish, an elegant transparent panel, or a decidedly sporty carbon fiber design. We're guessing the last two will command a premium over the standard finish. Of course, the convertible also has varying roof options to select from.

While Chevrolet proffers several wheel options, your choices are rather limited when it comes to design. Essentially, buyers can specify Aluminum or Carbon Fiber wheels, both of which are available in three distinct colors. The former can be coated in a bright polished, pearl nickel, or carbon flash finish.

Customers can elect to paint the performance-oriented Carbon Fiber wheels or leave them as is. There's also an option to have a red pinstripe around the rim of the wheel, but this option is very spec-sensitive and won't work with all the available colors.

Should you choose to spring for the sportier wheel choice, the E-Ray is automatically equipped with the ZER performance package. This includes sticky Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S summer tires and unspecified performance upgrades and chassis tuning.

The interior, however, is more customizable, with six distinctive upholstery colors.

Those with more demure tastes will go for Jet Black, which can also be uplifted by red or yellow stitching. Adrenaline Red and Natural (a creamy tan hue) are more exciting, and both can be had with a "dipped" effect. This means the color extends to most surfaces in the interior.

Lastly, those wanting to stand out from the crowd will be enamored by the Two-Tone Blue and Artemis (a subtle green shade). Two interior carbon fiber packages are available, along with a Stealth option. Of course, one can decide between leather or suede, or performance textile upholstery and even select from five seatbelt colors.

It's worth noting these colors are available for the 3LT package, with 2LT and 1LT variants offering considerably less scope for interior personalization. As for availability, Chevy says the E-Ray will hit dealerships in Summer 2023 with a starting price of $104,295 for the 1LZ coupe.
