Couldn't afford the $325 tickets? Here's what you missed.
The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is one of the most exclusive car shows in the world and also doubles as buying frenzy for the uber rich. Essentially it’s the automotive equivalent of the Super Bowl and Black Friday all rolled into one, if the Black Friday part didn’t involve bargain basement prices. That’s because the event also holds the record for selling the most expensive Ferrari on Earth, the 1962 250 GTO. Automakers know how big a deal the show is too and bring nothing but the best.
If you missed out on the show and want a recap YouTube channel Seen Through Glass has you covered.
Alternatively, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, is one of the many shows that are part of Monterey's Car Week. It's equally as impressive, if not more so, than the actual Concours itself.
