Here's A Russian Lesson In How Not To Cross A Pond

Not using a big stick to test the water is criminal.

It's hard to know what was going through these guys' heads when they attempted to cross some swampy waters. Probably not too much. Everyone knows that before crossing any body of water one should use a big stick to estimate its depth. That's basic offroading know-how. It doesn't matter how slowly you're going, if the water is deeper than the height of your car, it's going under. That's another lesson we learned from Physics 101.

In almost comical fashion, this rugged looking 4x4 was swallowed whole by the lady of the lake, complete with bubbles on the water's surface and hands on head in disbelief at just how stupid attempting the crossing was.
