It dominated headlines at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Ever since, gearheads across the globe have been pining to see the Koenigsegg Regera in action. While this video doesn't showcase the hypercar's full breadth of awesome capabilities, you will get some idea of what the 1,500-hp twin-turbo V8 powerplant can do. Thanks to 16-year-old English car spotter Tom, we can enjoy watching the Regera testing on the roads around the supercar factory.

Founder Christian Von Koenigsegg was there to keep an eye on his new baby, and as well as hearing the monstrous 1,500-hp powerplant firing up through the single massive exhaust, the video gives us the first chance to see the car in all-electric 'E-Mode.' Hat tip to Tom via 356Daly.
