Even with the ridiculous price tag.
The BMW M4 GTS is a properly quick track car that can embarrass other supercars around corners. With its 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six, the M4 GTS can circle the Nurburgring in a blistering time of 7 minutes and 28 seconds. The M4 GTS is also the first production road car to come with a water injection system for added performance. All of this performance comes at a steep price with the M4 GTS starting at $161,972 in Germany. BMW engineered 700 units and planned to bring 300 models to the US.
Unfortunately, all 700 units of the M4 GTS are accounted for despite the vehicle's hefty price tag. It took less than two months for all 700 models to find a home. There's still no word on what American enthusiasts had to pay for the hardcore M4, but with the vehicle's blistering performance and rarity, we're sure prices for the vehicle will skyrocket over the base price in the pre-owned market.
