Here's Proof The BMW X6 M Is Much More Powerful Than Advertised

Record

That’s the power of forced induction kids.

At one time BMW ruled the market for capable cars that had the practicality of sedans and the ability to keep up with Porsches. This car came in the form of the first M5. Now, the X6 M is poised to take the same recipe of practicality and insane performance to the piping hot crossover segment. To figure out if the crossover meets this mark, The Fast Lane Car put it through a barrage of tests to see what it was capable of. BMW claims that the X6 M will do 0-60 mph in 4.0 seconds, but there is some evidence that it's actually faster.

TFLC found that it not only beat this time by .05 seconds, but did so on a track a mile above sea level. This means the X6 M is now the fastest car TFLC has tested at its mile-high track.
