Only 500 examples are planned worldwide and, chances are, you didn't manage to snag one of them. The McLaren 675LT Coupe is the lightest, most powerful, fastest and most track-focused model in the Woking, UK-based company's Super Series lineup. It's a 666-hp street legal missile with carbon-fiber construction and a ferocious 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 that's equally at home on the track. And there's some McLaren F1 pedigree in there too; LT stands for Long Tail, a designation first given to the F1 GTR Longtail.
So really, who wouldn't want one? And here's your last chance: One Drop, an international non-profit organization, has teamed up with McLaren to auction off a bespoke 675LT Coupe, valued at more than $400,000, at the Cirque de Soleil gala in Las Vegas on March 18. All proceeds of the sale will go to One Drop's global safe water initiatives. What makes this 675LT a one-off? It was created in conjunction with 2009 Formula 1 world champion Jenson Button. Built to Button's preferred specs, it also includes his autograph on the carbon-fiber sill panel. Interested buyers who can't make the live event can place a bid online.
