Honda Accord Sedan

Industry News

Since first going on sale in the United States over 25 years ago, the Honda Accord sedan has grown up to become one of the finest four-door sedans on the market. Its main competition is the Toyota Camry and Ford Fusion. With a base price of $21,000, the Accord sedan has a standard 2.4 liter four-cylinder with 177 horsepower. Optional engines include a 2.4 liter 190 horsepower four-cylinder and a 3.5 liter V6 with 271 horsepower.

Transmission choices include a five-speed manual and automatic, and a six-speed manual transmission. Currently in its eighth generation, the Accord sedan is now classified as full-size car due to its increase in size. The backseat is very large, but the trunk is surprisingly small for a car this size.
