Mugen's Japanese tuning division has just revealed the Honda CR-Z MUGEN RR, which is a design concept produced only for show. The goal is to show-off the tuner's capabilities of "function, style, peformance, and agility." The exterior of the Honda CR-Z MUGEN RR features several high-end prototype parts made from carbon fiber including the hood, rear tailgate and passenger doors. Also featured is a full-length carbon fiber under-body, vented front bumpers, two centrally positioned exhaust pipes and a race derived suspension.

The CR-Z MUGEN RR also features orange-colored 4-piston monobloc brake calipers and a set of black painted 18-inch multi-spoke design alloy wheels that help give the body a contrasting appearance. The interior includes Mugen branded seats covered in a combination of leather and Alcantara. There's also a race-developed info screen that not only has a sat nav and audio system, it's also able to record chassis and engine data.
